I challenge you to go out of your way to do something positive today. In the hustle and bustle and grind of daily life it’s SO easy to throw our own needs to the curb. We eat food that we KNOW isn’t good for our bodies. We get caught up in pointless drama that really has nothing to do with us. We don’t get enough sleep... like ever. We work tirelessly in the pursuit of someone else’s dreams at work, and then come home and put ZERO time or energy into our own goals and dreams. And finally- we sit STAGNANT, and don’t move our bodies as much as they deserve to be moved and challenged. So today, I CHALLENGE you to find time for you- even if it’s just 60 seconds. This year, the closer we are to the holidays, the closer we are to Alex coming home! ❤️
So, I’m sure you’ve all heard of breakfast in bed, but lunch in bed is the real MVP. • I am SO gracious for this break from my full time job- it’s allowing me to work on coaching as much as my little heart desires💙💙 .
This time last year I finished my FIRST ever program. I remember not feeling like anything had changed, and then I compared my before and after pics... Holy crap- the difference 21 days can actually make. I pinky promise that if you finish one program you’ll be hooked- just like me 😆😉 The second pic was taken after my workout today (can we talk about arm gains 💪🏼)- I’m not exactly where I want to be YET, but I’m on my way! It’s not about picking the perfect time guys, it’s just about starting, showing up consistently, and working hard- the rest will fall into place with time.

Currently living the best possible life that I can. It’s 67°, I’m sitting on the patio drinking coffee ☕️, and reading some personal development 📚with an aloe face mask on. I slept in until 10:30 (the last time I’ve done that was middle school), and I just feel SO gracious. One of my key values 🔑 is REST. With my schedule lately, I leave the condo at 7:10am and don’t get back until around 10:30 pm Mon- Thurs, and on Fridays I still work from 7:10-3:30. Even my weekends are jammed packed with “to-dos” like cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and meal prep. So, it feels INCREDIBLY nice to just sit and have nothing that needs to be urgently taken care of. Here’s to another cup of ☕️, and watching a movie at noon on a Friday😌 #tgifallbreak #tgif #rest

6 whole months of marriage to this guy, and we’ve spent all of 33 days of it together. Alex used to recite a cadence that said, “This Army life is crazy, it’s got me missing my baby”, and boy is that true. Ready to do life together again. I’m also really excited to not have to take the trash out anymore because it’s icky.
Happy #facetofacefriday ! I just wanted to show the difference between eating a bunch of junk and actually sticking to a meal plan. . Although most of us strive for body composition changes when working out and sticking to a meal plan- I’ll take healthier skin any day of the week! My skin is still nowhere near perfect, but for someone who’s dealt with recurring acne problems since middle school- I’ll do anything for some improvements😊 It’s not all about losing weight and abs guys, it’s about FEELING good and comfortable in your own skin 💙

Today I had every excuse to not workout. This morning I woke up feeling tired and sluggish, so I decided to take the morning slow, and workout in the afternoon instead. Fast forward to this afternoon and I was even more tired than I was in the morning, it was raining, and I had to work 20 minutes later than normal. I rushed to the gym, got changed, and got all set up in the group exercise room. I was then informed that there would be a class starting in 15 minutes 🙄 I had to relocate to the corner in the gym were people were playing basketball. I hate working out in front of people I don’t know, so I was self conscious the whole time and contemplated just leaving. BUTTTT I didn’t. I got the ish done and walked into class right on time. . When your ‘why’ is bigger than your excuses (and you have some kick booty pre-workout) anything is possible🦄
