Another great memory for me! I convinced the Executive Chef to let me intern here after culinary school. He initially said no due to bad experiences with previous culinary students. I asked for 1 day. I told him if he didn't find me helpful at the end of the day I would go with no questions asked....well at the end of the day he gave me my schedule for the week! And that turned into a 4 month internship where I learned so much about the food industry, restaurants, banquets and catering etc. on a high end level. • • • • I loved working @thebeverlyhillshotel so much. And no I didn't get one dime for being there but I chose to dedicate my time to learn from the best. I was working full time and still in culinary school while I also interned. You have to be willing to make sacrifices to make your dreams come true!
